Automobile Body Components

We supply high-quality auto body components which we design and manufacture in order to utilise our designed press-dies, welding systems and jigs. Our specific products include, but are not limited to, front pillar upper, dashboard upper, dashboard lower, front pillar lower, side seal, centre pillar, parcell shelf and rear panel.

We can supply over a wide area and have the ability to assemble full car body components.
In addition, by utilising hot stamping and the high-tensile steel parts, we can supply auto body components with high rigidity and which are lightweight.

Engineering

We can provide our clients with high-specification engineering including an analysis of a product, design, trial and finally on to mass production. We sell in-house press dies and productive capacity with high-quality and high-value added.

As the most suitable press dies are required to manufacture auto body components, we have designed and manufactured our own press dies. We maintain a system of stable mass-production by utilising the most advanced transfer press available and various welding robots.

Transmission Parts

Thanks to our precision and rolling process, we are capable of increasing the thickness of a material by making full use of our forging presses and servo transfer presses. In addition to this, we have the expertise to design machines that have 1/100 millimetre precision. This specification has been difficult to achieve with conventional press processing.

We use our advanced technology to produce precision assured product lines which can be used to manufacture products such as automobile transmission parts. We can reduce the amount of machine processing and as a consequence are in the position to supply competitively priced parts. This can be done not only in Japan, but also in Mexico and Indonesia.
